1. Who we are

Ehaan Lifestyle operates this website and the Ehaan Lifestyle Facebook giveaway programme. This policy explains how we handle information when you interact with a giveaway, visit a published result, or submit winner delivery details.

2. Information we process

• Facebook Page, post, comment, and participant information made available to our authorised app through the official Meta Graph API, including platform IDs, profile/display name, comment text, time, and comment link where available.
• Giveaway administration records, including eligibility decisions, winner selection evidence, verification status, and non-secret audit history.
• For selected winners only: name, mobile number, delivery address, district or area, product/size preferences, consent, and optional delivery notes submitted through a secure claim form.
• Basic security and operational information such as login events, IP address, user agent, and technical error metadata. We do not intentionally store Facebook passwords or browser cookies.

3. Why we use it

We use the information only to administer published giveaways, remove duplicate or ineligible entries, select and verify winners, deliver prizes, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, secure the service, meet applicable legal obligations, and preserve auditable evidence of a fair draw.

4. How information is obtained

Facebook information is obtained server-side through Meta's official Graph API after an authorised Ehaan Lifestyle administrator connects the relevant Facebook Page. Winner delivery information is supplied directly by the winner. This service does not scrape Facebook and does not ask participants for a Facebook password or access token.

5. Sharing and public results

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorised Ehaan Lifestyle staff and service providers that need it to operate the website or deliver a prize. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Public result pages may show the campaign name, campaign image, draw date, winner display name, and winning comment link. They do not publish phone numbers, delivery addresses, access tokens, private claim details, or internal notes.

6. Retention and security

Sensitive winner delivery fields are encrypted at rest, claim links expire and are single-use, and administrative access is restricted. Claim and delivery information is scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period, normally 180 days unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active delivery, dispute, fraud investigation, or legal obligation. Draw evidence, winner identity evidence, public result records, and non-sensitive audit history may be retained longer to demonstrate contest integrity.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete eligible information associated with you. Removing the app from Facebook stops future authorised access but does not automatically identify or delete every record already required for a completed giveaway. Follow our Data Deletion Instructions so we can locate and review your request safely.

8. Children, changes, and questions

Campaign-specific age and residency rules apply. We do not knowingly request delivery information from a person who cannot legally provide it; where necessary, an eligible parent or guardian must complete verification. We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change, and the date above will identify the latest version.
